WELCOME TO OUR TABLE

FAMILY

The Dinner Table is One of the Most Powerful Places to Shape a Life

I grew up in the 90s — and most nights, that meant one thing: dinner was on the table and everybody was expected to be there.

No excuses. No eating in separate rooms. No phones.

Just my mom, dad, sister, and our old wooden table.

Life is busy - I get it! All our plates are not only full but usually overflowing trying to balance our professional life, mental health, personal obligations and relationships.

For me growing up in the 90's, I was blessed to have a dinner table full of laughter, tough conversations, and sometimes just presence. Now as a husband and father that same foundation is something I wont compromise for my family.

And that's what A Full Plate is all about

It's me — a busy dad — getting in the kitchen, cooking real meals, and being intentional about the time we share around the table. Some nights it's a full spread. Most nights it's simple. But every night, we show up.

Because the dinner table isn't just where we eat. It's a safe space to grow and love.

So, if you grew up with a table like mine, this will feel like home.

And if you didn't — it's not too late to build one.

Pull up a chair. You're welcome here at our old wooden table.
