ABOUT DR.HARRIS
Harris began his career with NASA at age 15, designing and testing orbital technologies.
Kenneth F. Harris has spent the last 19 years working in environments where the stakes are high and the margin for error is small. His journey started in the world of space and defense, at NASA supporting complex missions—including the James Webb Space Telescope, Artemis and many others—where success depends on clarity, alignment, and execution at every level.
Over time, Kenneth began to recognize something deeper. The same challenges that show up in mission-critical environments—misalignment, unclear priorities, and breakdowns in communication—are the very same challenges organizations everywhere face daily. That realization shaped the next phase of his work with organizations like Coca-Cola, Verizon, and the Project Management Institute.
Dr. Harris has almost 20 years of experience in high stakes environments as an Engineer, Entrepreneur, & Board Member

INFLUENTIAL
Today, Kenneth has spoken to more than 500,000 people across 10 countries, sharing practical insights on leadership, systems thinking, and operating under pressure. He has advised multi-million dollar non profits, like The Challenger Center and multi-billion dollar public institutions, including large-scale school systems and foundations helping leaders step back, see the bigger picture, and move forward with clarity.
Dr. Harris has also partnered with PBS, The Smithsonian and Seeker to promote STEAM education internationally.
Whether he’s speaking to a packed audience, working with a leadership team, or advising an organization behind the scenes, Kenneth focuses on one thing: helping people make sense of complexity so they can execute on what matters most.

MINDSET
CHANGE YOUR PROCESS.
CHANGE YOUR WORK.
CHANGE THE WORLD.
What becomes possible when your team is fully aligned?
Where is complexity slowing progress—or obscuring what matters most?
What would change if clarity replaced confusion at every level of execution?
If you've ever struggled with any of these
You're not alone
In high-performing organizations, outcomes are not limited by talent—they’re limited by misalignment. Competing priorities, unclear decision paths, and fragmented systems create friction that prevents teams from operating at their full potential. Drawing from experience in mission-critical space and defense programs, Kenneth equips organizations to navigate complexity, lead with precision, and execute under pressure.

Dr. Harris has ignited a renewed sense of purpose in our aspirations. His journey from starting at NASA at 16 to leading the James Webb Space Telescope demonstrates the power of perseverance and passion. His experiences made us realize that with dedication and guidance, we too can reach for the stars.
